Top hatter chimney sweep — Norman, OK

What affects the price

The final price for your chimney service depends on a few straightforward factors. We look at the total height of your chimney, the level of creosote buildup inside the flue, and the specific type of fireplace or wood stove you have installed. If your system requires extra repairs, damper adjustments, or a specialized animal nest removal, that will naturally adjust the total. We believe in transparency, so you will get your exact pricing confirmed free on the call.

About this service

Similar to standard chimney services, this focuses on clearing the chimney cap and flue to ensure proper ventilation. If your chimney cap is clogged with leaves, debris, or bird nests, it can force smoke back into your home. A professional cleaning clears these obstructions, allowing your chimney to 'breathe' again. You should request this if you hear animals in the chimney or see visible debris.

Summer is often overlooked, but it is actually a great time to service your chimney. Technicians have more availability, making it easier to book a time that fits your schedule. Additionally, clearing out debris before the rainy season helps prevent moisture-related issues that can lead to unpleasant odors or structural damage. Get your maintenance handled while the weather is clear.
